Return/Refund Policy

Yes! You can return Hipcycle products! All products are guaranteed to meet your satisfaction.

Here at Hipcycle, we value your commitment to making decisions that benefit the environment. As such, we want you to be completely satisfied with each and every purchase you make.

Before making any purchase, please consider that the nature of upcycling prevents us from being able to guarantee that products will look exactly like they do in the pictures. Due to the variability of sources from which products are made from, colors may vary slightly and sizes are often approximate. In addition, some reclaimed materials (such as reclaimed wood) will have signs of use that vary from the pictures.

With that said, we do our best to describe everything to the best of our abilities and minimize differences as much as possible. We love the fact that every upcycled item is unique and individual in its own way, and hope that you do too!

If an item arrives that is broken or is defective in some way, we will gladly exchange it or refund your money and pay for the return shipping...please save the packaging we shipped it to you in. For any other returns, we unfortunately cannot offer reimbursement for return shipping, but will still offer an exchange or a refund for the value of the products you are returning. Items must be in their original condition, and in its original packaging.

One exception to this policy is for apparel. For apparel, we will pay the return shipping cost one time to return or exchange. If you do not like it or it does not fit, ship it back and we'll take care of you:) Unfortunately we cannot accomodate shipping and returns more than one time per order.

All refunds or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase. Any restrictions on returns will be outlined in the "Product Description" section on the specific product page.

to CustomerService@hipcycle.com and we will provide you with return instructions. Returns must be authorized in advance by phone or email.

We will pay return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error or if the item is damaged or defective. We recommend sending returns by FedEx, UPS or registered mail with signature confirmation, as we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost in transit. Please insure return packages for their full value and retain tracking information.

Gift cards are non-refundable. Why would you want to return such a fun gift anyways?
